Acclyptic Operations provides an easy to use scheduling and job tracking system designed for on-site service professionals.
All of your operations details are available from the roster, from client details through to invoicing.
Head into the roster and create a job by hitting "Add". As you type, existing clients will be matched.
Select an existing client or simply continue typing to add a new client to the system.
Select an existing property linked to this client, or enter a new property address and it will be setup and linked to this client for you.
Selecting services will activate a range of menu options and calculate the price for this job.
Hit "Done" when you're finished and you'll be taken back to the Roster.
Assigning staff to a job
Open a job and hit "Team".
Select one or more team members to assign to the job and hit "Save". At the job screen, hit "Save" to update the job and the duration will re-calculate.
Setting up a rotation
Open a job and hit "Rotation". Set up the rotation details for the job and hit "Save".
At the job screen, hit "Save". The job rotations will be automatically added into the roster
and performance metrics in other modules such as clients, properties and services will be re-calculated.
Communicating with your client
Open a Job and hit "Send". Options will be available based on the client details.
Select a template. The message will automatically generate based on your Communication Templates.
